It’s time to share some Kudos to you Team-mates/ Coworkers/ Colleagues/ Friends! Tell them what you appreciate the most with them, who they are, how they act in the team or what they do. Remember that it’s the personal Kudos that has the most impact, think about what are the best things with the person you think about right now.
During the exercise we will pick and share the most positive Kudos received for each of you, so think quality over quantity. No need to give a shallow Kudos with no real meaning. Don’t be afraid to use several sentences. In fact, we recommend it. If you need inspiration, please find examples below from previous Kudos given in different teams.
There are few people I could imagine working with and spending time with privately, ie on a daily basis. You have such a place with me. Your warmth and happy charisma coupled with acumen and humility are impressive, thank you for gilding my everyday life.
